This contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between the parties as of the Effective Date set forth below, for the purpose of governing the legal and compliance jobs in Hong Kong. The parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

In this Contract, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them: |
“Employer” shall mean the company or individual offering legal and compliance jobs in Hong Kong. |
“Employee” shall mean the individual employed by the Employer for legal and compliance jobs in Hong Kong. |
“Effective Date” shall mean the date upon which this Contract becomes effective. |
2. Employment Terms |

The Employer agrees to employ the Employee as a legal and compliance professional in Hong Kong, and the Employee agrees to accept such employment, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract. |

The Employer shall provide the Employee with a competitive salary, benefits, and working conditions commensurate with industry standards for legal and compliance jobs in Hong Kong. |
3. Termination |

This Contract may be terminated by mutual agreement of the parties, or for cause as defined by applicable law and legal practice in Hong Kong. |
Upon termination of this Contract, the Employer shall provide the Employee with any outstanding wages, benefits, and entitlements in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. |

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes arising from or related to this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. |
